JOB OPENING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR THAILAND

A&P Nutrition is looking for a results-driven professional to join our team in the position of Business Development Manager for Thailand!

If you have strong sales expertise combined with a technical background in animal nutrition or veterinary medicine, and enjoy building relationships and driving business growth, this might be for you.

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for increasing sales of A&P Nutrition for a dedicated market
• Establishes a complete understanding of key account needs (across multiple departments) and adapts the approach according to it.
• Finds new customers and selects distributors together with the Regional Sales Director
• Identifies new market opportunities as well as areas of improvement for company and products
• Visits and supports customers and distributors on a regular basis to develop a solid and trusting relationship
• Gathers and uses Market Intelligence in everyday practice
• Builds and maintains a network of commercial contacts with a focus on key accounts and their decision makers.
• Takes part in organizing and participating in fairs, conferences, seminars, symposiums, and events.

🔎 Preferred qualifications:

• Veterinary degree or Animal Nutrition background
• 10+ years of experience in the feed additives industry
• Experience with mycotoxin binders, phytogenics, and fibers
• Strong network with key accounts
• Focus on swine and/or poultry
• Based in Thailand

💡 Ideal profile:

• A strong customer focus, commercial mindset, and excellent communication skills are key. Experience working on a farm is a plus.
